Abstract

          Gastro-intestinal and peritoneal tuberculosis is an uncommon, but  not a rare disease. One case is reported at petchaburi Hospital. This case was   admitted by appendicitis rupture. The patient was not treated for tuberculosis some year ago. The anti tuberculous chemotherapy with out resection has markedly improoved the outlook for the patient.
