Abstract

          In Petchaburi Provincial Hospital, since 1980-1984 enboscopie examinations were performed in 623 cases of patients who had complaints of different upper G,I, symptoms. The percentage of positive findings were 79% and negative findings were 21%. The result of this study suggested that endoscopy was very useful in diagnosis of the diseases of upper G.I. tracts.
