Neurological manifestation is uncommon in dengue infection. Between January 2009 and December 2011, 3 children, at the age of 11 -12, were admitted at Ratchaburi Hospital, with presentation of convulsion and coma in one case and severe confusion in the other two. The history, physical examinations and investigations were compatible with dengue fever. All of them had received symptomatic and supportive treatment, including anticonvulsant and ventilator support in the seizure case.
