Abstract

          The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of basic CPR training program which aimed toimprove the efficiency of nurses in Paktho hospital. Forty-eight nurses were divided into groups of 9-10persons, trained by attending the lecture, watching video tape and practiced CPR according to the providedguidelines one by one. There were evaluations of each step in the program which found that after training,all nurses could do better basic CPR than before, the post-trained evaluation showed the significant decreaseof the often occurred error.
