A Case Report in Danchang Hospital

Abstract

A case report with febrile convulsion. The diagnosis of Septic meningitis was done by physical examination and lumbar puncture. CSF examination showed moderate gram negative bacilli with numerous cellcount. He was treated by broad spectrum antibiotic. The result was good but should be follow up.
