Abstract

Tonsillectomy for the treatment of tonsillar diseases has been used for a long time. In my seven years experience in Nakhonpathom hospital, I try to develop the technics by compare and contrast classical, electrocautery and laser technique. I found that electrocautery tonsillectomy is convenient because it is easy, less bleeding, take a short time and low cost. The complication is the same as by other technique. This technique is suggested for the alternative way of tonsillectomy.
