Evaluation of Referral System for Treatment Developing Project of Chaoprayayomraj Hospital

Abstract

The problems in the referral system of emergency room service during October 1994 to March 1995 which consisted of 1,500 referred patients were analyzed. These problems made the patients receiving uneffective treatments. Concerning these defect, I decided to provide the developing project of referral system. Evaluation of this project divided into two parts, Part I : evaluation of the progress of this project and Part II : summary of the product and effectiveness of this project. The results of this study revealed that this projected could corrected the problems of referral system satisfactorily.
