Difficulty epilepsy in multimodality approach on clinical diagnosis and management

Abstract

          Psychiatric problem due to physical illness and organic cause of physical illness but present to professional by clinical presentation of psychiatric illness are the most important and the most complicated in clinical approach and management and need multimodality approach by multidisciplinary team work, medicine, family therapy, individual therapy, stabilization technique, distancing technique and meditation. Happiness and wisdom are the
most important for whole family.
          Epilepsy in children is one of the diseases that can be found with the psychiatric problems so the combined treatment can help the patient improvement.
