Abstract

The first adult case of Gaucher's disease in Thailand was reported. The diagnosis was based on hepatosplenomegaly and Gaucher's cells in the bone marrow without any evidence of leukaemia. The manifestation of the disease was very mild with neither any skin change, pingueculae nor elevated serum acid phosphatase.
