Fordyce's disease: Report of two cases

Lesions diagnosed as Fordyce's disease were seen in the anterior pilla of the right tonsil and buccal mucosa of a 40-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man respectively. The disease did not exhibit physiological or clinical significance. The histogenesis may be due to either a developmental error or metaplasia.
