Abstract

Keratoplasty using penetrating corneal graft was performed in 67 patients suffering from corneal ulcers that resisted medical treatment. Immediate post-operative results were satisfactory in all instances. Follow-up observation over a period of 6 months in 27 patients confirmed success of the operative treatment in 10 (37.04%).
