บทคัดย่อ
การทบทวนอย่างเป็นระบบครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ในวัยรุ่นไทยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือรายงานการวิจัยในประเทศไทยที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2550 ถึง 2561 มีวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 501 เรื่่อง ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกจำนวน 7 เรื่่อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสรุปคุณลักษณะงานวิจัยที่พัฒนาโดยสถาบันโจแอนนาบริกส์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมููลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและวิเคราะห์เนื้้อหาผลการสังเคราะห์สรุปได้ว่างานวิจัยทั้ง 7 เรื่่องมีความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในระดับ 2C ทั้งนี้งานวิจัยทั้งหมดเป็นการจัดกระทำในกลุ่มตัวอย่างวัยรุ่นหญิงไทยรูปแบบการจัดการเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย 3 ลักษณะ คือ 1) การเสริมสร้างความรู้ 2) การเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจ และ 3) เสริมสร้างทักษะการปฏิบัติซึ่่งรูปแบบการจัดการเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ ไม่พึงประสงค์ แต่ละวิธีส่งผลให้กลุ่มทดลอง มีความรู้และมีพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ เพิ่มขึ้นผลการทบทวนวิจัยอย่างเป็นระบบสามารถนำไปจัดทำรูปแบบการจัดการเพื่่อป้องกันการตั้้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ในวัยรุ่นโดยบููรณาการกิจกรรมให้ครอบคลุมทั้งการเสริมสร้างความรู้เสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจทางบวกและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมและเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติในการหลีกเลี่ยงพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศและป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ ไม่พึงประสงค์ รวมทั้งสามารถนำไปแก้ปัญหาสุขภาพในลักษณะอื่นได้
