ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบีบบังคับด้านการเจริญพันธุ์ในสตรีที่มารับบริการในคลินิกวางแผนครอบครัว

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายเพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของอายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานะความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ แหล่งรายได้หลักของสตรี การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนด้านการคุมกำเนิด ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับบทบาททางเพศ และความแตกต่างของอายุระหว่างคู่ ต่อการบีบบังคับด้านการเจริญพันธุ์ ในสตรีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปที่มารับบริการที่คลินิกวางแผนครอบครัว โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 250 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนด้านการคุมกำเนิด แบบสอบถามทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับบทบาททางเพศ และแบบสอบถามการถูกบีบบังคับด้านการ เจริญพันธุ์ และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติกเชิงพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าร้อยละ 40.40 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเคยถูกบีบบังคับด้านการเจริญพันธุ์ โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการถูกบีบบังคับด้านการเจริญพันธุ์ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา (aOR 2.93; 95%CI = 1.31 - 6.56, p = .009) การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนด้านการคุมกำเนิด (aOR = .92; 95%CI = .86 - . 99, p = .041) และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับบทบาททางเพศ (aOR = 1.04; 95%CI = 1.01 - 1.07, p = .009) สำหรับปัจจัยที่ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบีบบังคับด้านการเจริญพันธุ์ ได้แก่ อายุ สถานะความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ แหล่งรายได้หลักของสตรี และความแตกต่างของอายุระหว่างคู่ ดังนั้น พยาบาลควรตระหนักถึงโอกาส เสี่ยงที่สตรีอาจถูกบีบบังคับด้านการเจริญพันธุ์ และควรมีการคัดกรองการบีบบังคับด้านการเจริญพันธุ์ในสตรีที่มารับบริการที่คลินิกวางแผนครอบครัว รวมถึงพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อป้องกันการถูกบีบบังคับด้านการเจริญพันธุ์ โดยการส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนด้านการคุมกำเนิด และเสริมสร้างทัศนคติความเท่าเทียมในบทบาทระหว่างเพศ
