การพัฒนาสื่อวีดิทัศน์ให้ความรู้เพื่อป้องกันการพลัดตกหกล้มในโรงพยาบาล: การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพ ความรู้ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย

การพลัดตกหกล้มในโรงพยาบาลเป็นเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ที่พบบ่อยและมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อวีดิทัศน์ป้องกันการพลัดตกหกล้มในโรงพยาบาล ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนความรู้เรื่องการป้องกันการพลัดตกหกล้มก่อนและหลังดูสื่อวีดิทัศน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยนรีเวชกรรม อายุรกรรม ศัลยกรรมออร์โธปิดิกส์ และศัลยกรรมทั่วไป โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 112 คน ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป และเข้ารับการรักษาระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ถึง 15 ธันวาคม 2566 คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดความรู้ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อวีดิทัศน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิลคอกซัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนความรู้ของผู้ป่วยก่อนดูสื่อวีดิทัศน์มีค่ามัธยฐาน 9.00 คะแนน (IQR 8.00-9.00) และหลังดูสื่อวีดิทัศน์มีค่ามัธยฐาน 10.00 คะแนน (IQR 9.00-10.00) เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.58 (S.D.=0.43) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.18 ประกอบด้วยด้านวิธีการนำเสนอ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.45 (S.D.=0.54) ด้านการนำเสนอเนื้อหา มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.64 (S.D.=0.47) ด้านตัวอักษรและภาพ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.60 (S.D.=0.47) และด้านเสียง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.58 (S.D.=0.49) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50, 66.07, 61.61 และ 59.38 ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นสื่อวีดิทัศน์สามารถเพิ่มความรู้แก่ผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลได้ จึงควรเผยแพร่เพื่อใช้เป็นสื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในการลดความเสี่ยงและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันการพลัดตกหกล้มของผู้ป่วย
