นวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาลในการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง สำหรับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับรังสีรักษา

บทคัดย่อ

ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับรังสีรักษา มักเผชิญกับผลข้างเคียงจากการรักษาที่สำคัญได้แก่  ภาวะเยื่อบุช่องปาก อักเสบ ภาวะน้ำลายแห้ง ปัญหาในการเคี้ยวกลืน และการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผิวหนัง ก่อให้เกิดความเจ็บปวดและไม่สุขสบาย รับประทานอาหารได้น้อยลง และมีการติดเชื้อได้ง่าย ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน รวมถึงคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วย ผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้จึงจำเป็นต้องได้รับการส่งเสริมความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองเพื่อลดหรือป้องกันผลข้างเคียงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอนวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาลในการสนับสนุนและสงเสริมความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง สาหรับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับรังสีรักษา โดยใช้กระบวนการพัฒนาตามแนวคิดการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ของ ซูคัพ ประกอบด้วย  4 ขั้นตอนได้แก่ 1) การค้นหาปัญหาทางคลินิก 2) การสืบหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ 3) การพัฒนานวัตกรรม และ 4) การนานวัตกรรมไปใช้ นวัตกรรมการพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับรังสีรักษา2) คู่มือการดูแลตนเองสำหรับผู้ป่วย   3) แฟ้มการให้ข้อมูลการดูแลตนเอง  4) สิ่งประดิษฐ์วงล้อประเมินการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ ผิวหนัง และ 5) แอปพลิเคชั่นไลน์แอดสำหรับให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแล
