รายงานผู้ป่วย : มะเร็งกล้ามเนื้อเรียบที่พบเริ่มต้นในตับอ่อน

Primary pancreatic leiomyosarcoma (PLMS) คือมะเร็งกล้ามเนื้อเรียบที่พบเริ่มต้นในตับอ่อน เป็นภาวะที่พบได้น้อยมาก และยังไม่มีมาตรฐานในการรักษาที่ได้ผลดีชัดเจน ในรายงานฉบับนี้ได้แสดงถึงเคส PLMS ที่พบเจอ ซึ่งหลังการรักษาด้วยการผ่าตัดก็มีการเป็นซ้ำในระยะเวลาไม่นาน แต่ยังพบว่ามีการตอบสนองที่ดีกับการรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดได้
