Case report Primary pancreatic leiomyosarcoma

Primary pancreatic leiomyosarcoma is extremely rare case. We report a female patient who presented with abdominal pain for 1 month. Abdominal computed tomography scan showed a large heterogenous cystic lesion arise form body and tail of the pancreas, size about 14 cm. We performed distal pancreatectomy with splenectomy, pathological report was leiomyosarcoma. She had tumor recurrent in 4 month. Systemic chemotherapy (Doxorubicin and Ifosfamide) was used, recurrent site at liver was decrease size and other was disappear, no new lesion in 2 years of follow up.
