Lymph node ratio เป็นปัจจัยการพยากรณ์โรคในมะเร็งเต้านม ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดร่วมกับการเลาะต่อมน้ำเหลือง

วัตถุประสงค์ : ศึกษา prognostic value ของ LNR ในมะเร็งเต้านมที่รักษาในโรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น
วิธีการศึกษา : เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์ โดยการทบทวนข้อมูลผู้ป่วยจากเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วย
เก็บข้อมูลผู้ป่วยทั้งหมดที่วินิจฉัยว่ามะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดร่วมกับการเลาะต่อมน้ำเหลืองที่รักแร้ที่โรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น
ผลการศึกษา : ผู้ป่วยทั้งหมดเป็นเพศหญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 34-78 ปี เฉลี่ย 51.49 +/- 9.87 ปี อัตราการรอดชีวิตเกิน 5 ปี เป็น 73.7% การศึกษานี้พบว่า Histological grade, HER-2 positive, LNR, N stage, M stage , Pathological stage , Adjuvant therapy, Endocrine therapy มีความสัมพันธ์กับ Overall survival อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ ER positive, PR positive, Lymph-vascular invasion, Resected margin positive,
T stage, Ki-67 ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ Overall survival นอกจากนั้นกลุ่ม N1 พบ LNR ที่ cut-off point ที่ 0.15 สามารถบอก prognosis ได้ดีกว่า N stage.
สรุปผลการศึกษา : LNR สัมพันธ์กับ overall survival ได้ดี ดังนั้นจึงเป็น independent prognostic factor ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่ม N1
