รายงานผู้ป่วย : การรักษาคลองรากฟันในฟันร้าวที่มีรอยโรคร่วมระหว่างเนื้อเยื่อในและโรคปริทันต์ : ติดตามผลในระยะ 2.5 ปี

การหาสาเหตุเพื่อการวินิจฉัยที่ชัดเจนของรอยโรคร่วมระหว่างโรคเนื้อเยื่อในฟันและโรคปริทันต์มีความสำคัญและมีความจำเป็นเนื่องจากมีผลต่อการพยากรณ์โรค การวางแผน และความสำเร็จของรักษา รายงานนี้แสดงผลสำเร็จในการรักษาคลองรากฟันในฟันกรามล่างซี่ที่สอง ซึ่งพบเป็นฟันร้าวที่มีรอยโรคร่วมระหว่างเนื้อเยื่อในฟันและโรคปริทันต์ จากการตรวจเพิ่มเติมทางคลินิกและลักษณะของภาพรังสี ให้การวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นรอยโรคร่วมที่เกิดเริ่มต้นจากเนื้อเยื่อในฟัน ให้การรักษาโดยการรักษาคลองรากฟันเพียงอย่างเดียว ร่วมกับการบูรณะฟันด้วยการทำครอบฟันแบบคลุมปุ่มฟันทั้งหมด ติดตามผลการรักษาที่ระยะ 2 ปี6 เดือน ผู้ป่วยสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างปกติ ไม่มีอาการทางคลินิก เหงือกและอวัยวะปริทันต์มีสภาพปกติ
และเมื่อประเมินจากภาพรังสีมีการหายแบบสมบูรณ์
