Chylous leakage after axillary dissection 2 cases report and review of literatures
Abstract
Chylous leakage is a rare complication after modified radical mastectomy . Conservative treatment is successful in most cases. Surgery is indicated in high volume leak or failure of conservative treatment. The objective of this cases report is to review the literatures about chylous leakage after axillary dissection to find the appropriated treatment of this condition. In this study two patients can be successful treated with conservative treatment. In review of other literatures 13 of 15 patients can be successful treated with conservative treatment while 2 patient need operative treatment
