Sexual Attitudesin First year undergraduate students at MahasarakhamRajabhat University.

Abstract

Background : The current state of society has changed dramatically, whether it is being. modern technology information society in the modern world spread. quickly the opposite sex, which is vulnerable to send these children to have sex premature increase.

Objective : To determinedsexual attitude in first year Undergraduate students and compare the differences between the various individual factors that influence their sexual attitude.

Materials and Methods : A descriptive study was survey research for study sexual attitudes.  The sample group were 369 undergraduatestudents who study at RajabhatMahaSarakham university.Data were collected by questionnaires.Frequency, percentage, mean, and S.D. were implemented for descriptive data analysis. Comparisonofdifferences between the various individual factorsusing t-test and ANOVA  at 0.05 level of significance.

Result : Found that sexual attitude in first year school-age studentswas moderate level. Comparison of sexual attitude by individual factors found that the different of education in each faculty was different statistical significance at the 0.01 level. It was found that the samples who study in faculty of agricultural technology, faculty of humanities and social science, and faculty of science and technology were  significantly higher sexual attitude than samples who study in faculty of management science. Age group for pursue the family was difference with statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

Conclusion : From this study can be used to guide personnel in the health and related sectors. Planning, knowledge of contraceptive behavior in the development of media self-care where appropriate. Focusing on the strengthening of the family, age-appropriate attitude in each group.
