Factors Affecting on Conducting Research of Register Nurses Nursing Department, Kalasin Hospital

Abstract

Objective : study on conduction research of register nurses in Nursing Department Kalasin Hospital and discover factors affecting on conduction research of register nurses in Nursing Department Kalasin Hospital.

Methods : Survey research The participants were 249 register nurse worked at Nursing Department Kalasin Hospital in 2020 that recruited by stratified sampling. The instrument was a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression.

Results : The finding were the following: 1) individual factors, motivation factors conducting research and contributory factors conducting research were at moderate level. 2) individual factors, motivation factors conducting research and contributory factors conducting research were positively correlated with the amount of researches, statistically significant at .01 and 0.5 level respectively and 3) individual factors, motivation factors conducting research and contributory factors conducting research could be jointly predicted the conducting research of register nurses in Nursing Department Kalasin Hospital at 24.6%.
