The Development Process by The District Hospital Health Network Quality Primary Care in Toom SHPH, Phosai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract

                   The development of health promoting according to the network quality primary care, with quality of the services in primary care for meet the needs of the people. The Action Research was aimed to  study : the process of quality management system of the hospital health district. To be the quality of primary care networks. In Toom SHPH, Phosai  Distrct, Ubon Ratchathani  Province. Target group form stakeholders was used in purposively selected, then randomly 50 people.Data were collected by interview created. The data collection both Quantitative and qualitative. The statistics used to analyze  data included comprised percentage, means and standard deviation. The qualitative data employs observation interview and content Analysis

                   The results show that the development of health promoting according to the network quality primary care. The procedure of study was composed of 8 studies : 1) appointed work, 2) studies,3) crawl, 4) Plan 5) manage follow the plan, 6) observe follow and interview 7) synthetic data 8) evaluate tack lessons.The implementation of such models result in the target group to changing knowledge in the primary care network quality is high. The participation and satisfaction in developing health promoting hospital district on the basis of quality primary care network at a high level an increase from the pre-development with statistic significance(p-value<0.05).This development model is summarized Format is “TOOMPCA” 1) Teamwork 2) Organizing 3) Operational 4) Management 5) Planning 6) Coordinating 7)
