The Strengthening of Network of Ethical Clubs in Ministry of Public Health

Abstract

                   The purpose of this study was toexplore the relationship between factors and the strengthening of network of ethical clubs in Ministry of Public Health. An updated strategic plan issue 2 of ethical and moral development of Ministry of Public Health emphasis on participation process in all level from personal through organization development. This is in order to the better of health care services. The sample consisted of 220 ethical clubs. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey. Quantitative data were analyzed using computer program. The statistical analyze of data, including percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis.

                  The results revealed that the factors which had high significant relationship with the network strengthening were the predisposing factors, the knowledge of ethical club members, the enabling factors and the reinforcing factors at 0.01 level.

                 The findings will therefore benefit to health professionals and others to understand the relationship between each factors and network strengthening process of ethical clubs in Ministry of Public Health. These could be applied for recommendation for a future strategic plan of ethical and moral development.
