Objective : To study nursing problems in chronic kidney disease stage 3-4
Method : Education of literature patients with chronic kidney disease by select a specific case study involving chronic kidney disease with complications in the hospital center .The tools for the study consisted of Gathering information from medical records Interview patients.
Result : Education of chronic kidney diseases stage 3-4 still have major problem as followed.
1) Unbalance of water and electrolyte and loss of kidney duty. 2) Un knowledge of self care, lack of diet food and continue take medicine. 3) Support of knowledge and behavior self care in chronic kidney disease stage 3-4.
Conclusion : This academic thesis are purpose to show problem that frequency found in nursing , The results can be used to guide care for patients , including self care, and give opportunity to patience can get the problem in case of any doubt with chronic kidney diseases stage 3-4 to practice proper self-care behaviors. This, consequently, will delay the reduction of glomerular filtration rate and the progress of the disease into the terminal stage.
