Health Information Systems for the Referral System in Health Promoting Hospital, Kantararom District, Si Sa Ket Province

Abstract

Referral, System Is used for transferring the patient from hospital to another hospital including their information and history of the patient's illness. This aims to have further diagnosis and investigation for the medical treatment. This research established  an electronics information system for referral patients between a district hospitals to the Health Promoting Hospital at Kantararom district, Si sa ket province. The research conducted the group of a 54 participants, which included doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and public healths. The research was employed two questionnaires including 1) Experts’s questionairs and 2) users’s questionairs for collecting the data. Further analysis data used the Frequency Percent Averages and Standard Deviations(SD).

The results showed that most the participants were moderate satisfied for the Electronic Referral System for Health Promoting Hospital. As well as the patient referral program was easy to used. , it was also covering all applications that patient's need. Send electronic applications to patients with increased job. Send electronic applications to patients with reduced operational steps. Electronic applications can be referred to patients by cared patients to get medical treatment quickly. Electronic applications can be refer to patient management and patient emergency. If the system is programmed to referred the patient to cared the patient get better. If this software is refer to the patient by the use of electronic transmission to patients. Satisfaction level, including the electronic patient referral can be searched quickly and are satisfied in less software, to help doctors and health personnels decision referred patient.
