ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น: การศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวาง

การวิจัยนี้เป็นเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นแห่งหนึ่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรีในมหาวิทยาลัยท้องถิ่นแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 384 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2566 ถึง เดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2567 โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาหาร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติก
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ด้านความรู้ ได้แก่ เพศ (AOR = 2.22; 95% CI: 1.29-3.82) นักศึกษาที่เคยได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (AOR = 1.92; 95% CI: 1.00-3.62) ด้านทัศนคติ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาที่มีผู้ปกครองหย่าร้างหรือแยกกันอยู่มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (AOR = 3.92; 95% CI: 1.91-8.04) นักศึกษาที่พักหอพักนอกมหาวิทยาลัย (AOR = 0.36; 95% CI: 0.19-0.69) พักที่บ้านตนเอง
(AOR = 0.13; 95% CI: 0.04-0.47) และผู้ที่สูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในปัจจุบัน (AOR = 0.21; 95% CI: 0.09-0.48) มีทัศนคติเชิงลบต่อบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า
การส่งเสริมโปรแกรมให้ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และการรณรงค์แบบเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน อาจเป็นแนวทางที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการลดการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในกลุ่มนักศึกษาในประเทศไทย
