Quantitative data were collected by the questionnaire that was examined and verified by the three experts for content validity. For items objective congruence, all items were greater than 0.50 and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.95. Qualitative data was collected by using in-depth interview guidelines with 12 key informants. Data was collected between 14th November to 14th December 2022.
