บทคัดย่อ:วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยพื้นฐานบางประการ
ความสัมพันธ์ต่างเกื้อกูล รางวัลสำหรับการดูแลกับคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลที่ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ
โรคหลอดเลือดสมอง
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยแบบศึกษาความสัมพันธ์
วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย: ใช้กรอบแนวคิด The Family Care Model ของ Archbold และ
Stewart กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือญาติผู้ดูแลหลักของผู้สูงอายุโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง จำนวน 100 ราย
ที่มารับการตรวจรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์
ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยายและวิเคราะห์สถิติ Fisher, s Exact Test สถิติ Eta และ Spearman’s
correlation coeffcient
ผลการวิจัย: ความสัมพันธ์ต่างเกื้อกูลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติ
ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคหลอดเลือดสมองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 (r = .287, p<.01) ส่วน
เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาการดูแล และรางวัลสำหรับการดูแลไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ

ข้อเสนอแนะ: พยาบาลควรประเมินความสัมพันธ์ต่างเกื้อกูลในการวางแผนการพยาบาล
การดูแลญาติเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคหลอดเลือดสมองให้ดีขึ้น
