บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: บทความนี้นำาเสนอข้อค้นพบจากการวิจัยระยะที่ 1 ของโครงการวิจัยประเมินผล
การบูรณาการงานป้องกัน และแก้ไขปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่นระดับจังหวัด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อค้นหาความหมายของการบูรณาการตามการรับรู้ของคณะทำางานในจังหวัด และระบุตัวแบบ
การดำาเนินงานเชิงบูรณาการ
การออกแบบการวิจัย: ใช้การวิจัยผสานวิธี (mixed methods research) คือการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ
ร่วมกับการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายไปพร้อม ๆ กัน
การดำาเนินการวิจัย: ในส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสังเกต การสนทนากลุ่ม
การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ดำาเนินงานหลักในคณะทำางานของ
จังหวัดเชียงราย พะเยา เชียงใหม่ ลำาพูน ลำาปาง ตาก นครสวรรค์ นครราชสีมา ชัยภูมิ เลย มหาสารคาม
ขอนแก่น นครพนม ฉะเชิงเทรา สุพรรณบุรี เพชรบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และกระบี่ เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลด้วย
วิธีการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ร่วมกับการบอกต่อ ข้อมูลอิ่มตัวที่จำานวน 492 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ ในส่วนการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างผู้จัดการ
โครงการ 18 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แล้วผสานผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั้ง 2 วิธี
ผลการวิจัย: ความหมายของการบูรณาการ คือการเริ่มจากการเปิดใจ เรียนรู้กัน และทำางาน
ร่วมกันเป็นเครือข่าย ส่วนตัวแบบการดำาเนินงานเชิงบูรณาการมี 4 ตัวแบบ คือ 1) ประชุมร่วม แยกกัน
รับผิดชอบ 2) รับทราบแผน แยกปฏิบัติ 3) ร่วมคิด รวมงาน รวมคน รวมเงิน และ 4) ร่วมคิด ร่วมปฏิบัติ
ข้อเสนอแนะ: ตัวแบบการบูรณาการ “ร่วมคิด รวมงาน รวมคน รวมเงิน” และ“ร่วมคิด ร่วม
ปฏิบัติ” ซึ่งเป็นการดำาเนินงานในแนวราบมากกว่าแนวดิ่ง ทำาให้บุคลากรทุกภาคส่วนได้เรียนรู้จากกัน
และกัน ทำางานอย่างมีความสุข และมีแนวโน้มว่าจะได้ผลลัพธ์ตามที่ตั้งไว้ จึงเสนอว่าควรสร้างเสริม
สมรรถนะของพยาบาลในการดำาเนินงานเชิงบูรณาการเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และป้องกันโรคทั้งใน
ชุมชน และคลินิก โดยประยุกต์ใช้ตัวแบบดังกล่าว
