Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word for Windows without file protection .
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 16-point font (TH Sarabun PSK) ; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Original Articles
The original article is the report of a study, technology development, or laboratory quality system development describing a research question, details of methods, as well as interpretation of results with a discussion of possible implications. The manuscript shall contain a title, a running title, the authors’ names with affiliations, an abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, conflict of interest (COI), acknowledgements, references, and a declaration of the use of artificial intelligence.The total length should not exceed 25 pages of A4 paper.
Laboratory Findings
Laboratory findings refer to the report of the results of laboratory examinations or the use of laboratory examination results to study the prevalence, incidence, or epidemiology of a particular condition. The manuscript shall contain a title, a running title, the authors’ names with affiliations, an abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements, references, and a declaration of the use of artificial intelligence. The total length should not exceed 25 pages of A4 paper.
Review Articles
A review article is an article that summarizes previously published studies from textbooks, academic journals, websites, or digital sources, as well as the current state of understanding on certain topics. It aims to analyze or compare concepts and introduce clear perspectives on the matter. The manuscript shall contain a title, a running title, the authors’ names with affiliations, an abstract, keywords, an introduction, how to review, content, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements, references, and a declaration of the use of artificial intelligence. The total length should not exceed 20 pages of A4 paper.
General Articles
A general article is an article related to medical science and public health, the revitalization of medical science knowledge, and the development of related support systems, such as quality improvement according to national or international standards, information technology system development, or management system development. It must provide academic knowledge that is interesting and widely useful to readers. It must also explore relevant knowledge from various reference sources, which does not resemble a report or a summary of work results. The content shall contain a title, author(s) with affiliation, an abbreviated title, an abstract, keywords, an introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgments, references, and a declaration of the use of artificial intelligence. The total length must not exceed 15 pages of A4 paper.
Special Articles
A special article is an article that cannot be categorized into the types of articles mentioned above. It can be the author’s opinions on any current or up-to-date issues on a particular subject in depth. The manuscript shall contain a title, a running title, the authors’ names with affiliations, content, conclusion, references, and a declaration of the use of artificial intelligence. The total length should not exceed 15 pages of A4 paper.
Case Studies
A casestudy is a report of an interesting study involving disease diagnosis, investigation with laboratory findings, treatment, or the situation of a particular group or small cases over a period of time. The manuscript shall contain a title, a running title, the authors’ names with affiliations, an abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements, references, and a declaration of the use of artificial intelligence. The total length should not exceed 10 pages of A4 paper.
Short Communications
A short communication is a brief report of a study that presents original and significantfindings based on research principles, suitable for rapid communication. The manuscript shall contain a title, a running title, the authors’ names with affiliations, an abstract (not exceeding 100 words), keywords, introduction (in brief), materials and methods (in brief), results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements, references, and a declaration of the use of artificial intelligence. The total length should not exceed 10 pages of A4 paper with no more than 2 figures or tables, combined.
