บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของอายุ จำนวนครั้งของการคลอดบุตร การวางแผนการผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้อง ภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ต่อการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การเป็นมารดาในมารดาที่ผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้อง
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาหลังผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้องที่มารับบริการ ณ คลินิกวางแผนครอบครัว โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 117 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของมารดาหลังคลอด แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด และแบบสำรวจเอกลักษณ์การเป็นมารดา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน สถิติสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน สถิติสหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณเชิงเส้น
ผลการวิจัย: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อายุ จำนวนครั้งของการคลอดบุตร การวางแผนผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้อง ภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การเป็นมารดาในมารดาหลังผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้องได้ร้อยละ 38 (R2 = .38) โดยการคลอดบุตรครั้งที่ 3 และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม สามารถทำนายการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การเป็นมารดาในมารดาที่ผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้องได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = .21, p = .009 และ β = .56, p < .001 ตามลำดับ)
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: พยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ควรสนับสนุนให้สามีและสมาชิกครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การเป็นมารดาในมารดาที่ผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้อง โดยเฉพาะในมารดาที่มีบุตรคนแรก
