บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสัมภาษณ์สร้างแรงจูงใจแบบสั้น ต่อการใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดของมารดาวัยรุ่น


รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองเปรียบเทียบสองกลุ่มวัดหลังการทดลอง


วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่น อายุ 15-19 ปี จำนวน 64 ราย แบ่งออกเป็น กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 32 ราย ที่พักรักษาตัวอยู่ที่หอผู้ป่วยสูติกรรมหลังคลอดของโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยกลุ่มควบคุมจะได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ ส่วนกลุ่มทดลองจะได้รับโปรแกรมการสัมภาษณ์สร้างแรงจูงใจแบบสั้นร่วมกับการพยาบาลตามปกติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการทดสอบไคสแควร์และการทดสอบฟิชเชอร์


ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มทดลองมีการใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดก่อนจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาลสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (χ2 = 11.09, p < .05) โดยกลุ่มทดลองใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดก่อนจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาลร้อยละ 81.3 ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดก่อนจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาลร้อยละ 40.6


สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: การสัมภาษณ์สร้างแรงจูงใจแบบสั้นสามารถช่วยให้มารดาวัยรุ่นตระหนักถึงผลกระทบหากเกิดการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำ และเห็นความสำคัญของการฝังยาคุมกำเนิดหลังคลอด จึงควรมีการจัดอบรมทักษะการสัมภาษณ์เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจแก่พยาบาลวิชาชีพ เพื่อพัฒนาและเพิ่มศักยภาพของบุคลากรในการดูแลมารดาวัยรุ่น และควรจัดทำคู่มือการให้การปรึกษาเรื่องการคุมกำเนิดในมารดาวัยรุ่น โดยใช้หลักการสัมภาษณ์เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจ
