บทคัดย่อ

Labour record of the year 1994 was randomized and 859 normal term pregnant women who were in labour pain 6 intact membranes, admitted in labour room for delivery were study about relation of uterine fundal height and neonatal birthweight. Uterine fundal height was significantly relative with neonatal birthweight. (R² = 0.277, P < 0.05). The 10^th , 90^th percentile of uterine fundal height were 32, 40 cm. The 10^thpercentile of neonatal birthweight at 32 cm. fundal height was 2,141 grams. The 90^th percentile of neonatal birthweight at 40 om. fundal height was 4,006 grams. 52.7% of pregnants had uterine fundus 34-37 cm. high. Neonatal birthweight at 10^th , 90^th  percentile were 2,550-3,69O grams.
