Migratory Fish Bone in the Thyroid Gland : A Case Report
Abstract
A case report of 16-year-old Myanmar female, who was presented at Samutsakhon Hospital with occur at sore throat, 3 days after eating fish. Evaluation with neck radiograph revealed opaque material at C6 level but the finding of rigid direct laryngoscopy and esophagoscopy was negative. Then CT scan was found foreign body in the right side of thyroid gland. She was taken for exploration of neck to remove foreign body and right thyroid lobectomy.
