Abstract

This is a descriptive research. The purpose of this research was to study in The Profession Satisfaction and Occupation Pleasure of Nurse in Division of Nurse, Kamphaengsaen Hospital. The implement for this research is the profession satisfaction questionnaire. Comprise of Human resource management satisfaction and Qualify of life satisfaction : balance between life and duty and occupation pleasure questionnaire.

Analyse data by percentage, mean, standard deviation. Used questionnaire and measure to level divided from Nurse Institute, Ministry of Public Health. The results were the nurse profession satisfaction level need to improve (67.63%) examine both of human resource management satisfaction and quality of life satisfaction : balance between life and duty level need to improve too (67.51%, 67.77%). Part of occupation pleasure of nurse moderate level (31.14 point)
