Abstract

Retinoids were found in natural dietary products and can synthesize for therapeutic usage in many skin disorders. Synthetic retinoids can be used as a monotherapy or combination therapy in order to increase the therapeutic efficacy and decrease side effects of retinoids. Currently the details of clinical applications including toxicity of retinoids were reviewed.
