Modified Bone Split and Expansion Technique for Dental Implant : Case Report

Abstract
Many techniques of implant-driven bone augmentation for the horizontally deficient ridge has been proposed. Alveolar ridge splitting and expansion is easy and gains many advantages. This article describes a clinical report with modified ridge splitting and expansion technique using fissure bur with straight handpiece , periotome , and osteotome.
