Abstract

Successful endodontic treatment depends on access cavity, preparation, instrumentation, irrigation, and obturation of the root canal system. Premolars show a wide variety of root canal anatomy. Especially the occurrence of three-rooted premolars is very rare. This cases’ report presents clinical management of maxillary and mandibular premolar with three root canals.
