Evaluation of Surveillance and Dental Health Promotion Project for Primary School under Health Fund Srasaming sub-district, Warinchamrab district, Ubon ratchatani province

Abstract

The objective of this descriptive study was to evaluation of surveillance and dental health promotion project for primary school under health fund Srasaming sub-district, Warinchamrab district, Ubon ratchatani province by CIPP model. Populations include school directors, school hygiene teachers, class instructor, subdistrict administrative organization staff, health promotionig hospital staff, Sirindorhn college of public health Ubon ratchathani students and primary students under health fund Srasaming amount to 694. The data collection tools were the selective and open questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The result 1) Context suitability in overall and each side were at the high level. 2) Input suitability in overall and each side were at the high level. 3) Process suitability in overall and each side were at the middle level. 4) Product of project assessment results when comparing before the project and after implementing the project, it was found that the students had a high level of knowledge Up 24.19 percent, have a high level of attitude There was an increase of 53.48% and a high level of practice increased by 14.88%. Stakeholders had a high level of context satisfaction, 70.37%, high level of input satisfaction, 71.29%, high level of 63.89% of processes and productivity satisfaction. High level 68.52% Overall satisfaction at high level 79.63%

Recommendations: Should be more survey research. Compare oral disease conditions before and after the program and should conduct research at the beginning of the student's academic year in accordance with the students' study time Including participation in monitoring according to the results of all sectors
