Factor affecting the performance of service giving about the royal dentures of the patients at Buriram Hospital

This research aimed to study the general condition of the royal denture provision and the factors influencing the efficiency of royal denture services at Buriram Hospital. The sample consisted of 83 patients who participated in the Royal Denture Program for the fiscal year 2023. Data were collected between September and October 2024. The research tools were questionnaires and interview forms. Descriptive statistics, T-test, and F-test were used to analyze the affecting factors. The research found that the majority of the sample was female (72.3%) and most of the patients were 60 years old or older. The average age of participants was 63 years. The majority preferred using complete dentures. The factors influencing the overall efficiency of denture service usage were rated at the highest level (x ̅=4.53). The most influential factor of the royal denture quality was excellent service. Comparing on gender and occupation, there were no significant differences in four aspects, except for the patient 's feelings after receiving dentures, which showed a statistically significant difference at the .05 (p<.05). The gender value was .015 and the occupation was .018, respectively.
