Sustainable Success in Healthcare Personnel Education for Healthcare Service Excellence: 1-year Practitioner Nurse Curriculum Management

Currently, healthcare personnel are increasing demand that nursing education institutes increase their nursing student’s capacity. Especially the one-year practitioner nurse program can help increase the health workforce quickly. The objective of this research was to study the management of one-year practitioner nurse curriculum (Improved 2019-2023) to achieve sustainable success and healthcare service excellence. The qualitative study was conducted consisting of in-depth interviews for data collection between 5 September to 15 October 2024. The data were analyzed the contents to interpretation by the five researchers The results found that sustainable success in this curriculum management consisting of five components: 1) sustainable curriculum management strategies, 2) students service system, 3) career path of graduated nurse practitioners, 4) acceptance from employer to nurse practitioners’ education institute, and 5) quality improvement perspective in nursing practitioner curriculum management (for healthcare service excellence) in present and future. In summary, the nursing science education institutes provided promising one-year practitioner nurse curriculum management that have sustainable success in management because of systematically managed, enabling sustainability in the production of health personnel.
