Performance Evaluation of District Health Board Evaluation: Case Study in Warinchamramp District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract

This descriptive research aims were to study the situation of implementation and to evaluation of district health board, Warinchamrab, Ubonratchathani. The sample was 192 that from random multistage. Data were collected using questionnaires including; 1) opinion level of the health board committee, 2) opinion level of health volunteer to the health board committee, and 3) opinion level of people to the health board committee. The descriptive statistics were used to analyze data including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research found that the situation of the district health boards composted of 21 district health boards, consisting of government, private and public sectors. The level of opinion of the at the district health boards district level District health officer and village health volunteers was high level of opinion (mean = 3.73, SD = 0.90). When considering each aspect, it was found that the context of opinions was at a high level (mean = 3.95, SD = 0.73). The input of the opinions was at a high level (mean= 3.60, SD = 0.79). The process of the opinions was at a high level (mean = 3.79, SD = 0.82). The output of the opinion was at a high level (mean = 3.92, SD = 1.25).
