บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยปรากฏการณ์ภาพ (phenomenographic approach) เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพประเภทหนึ่งที่ถูกนำมาใช้ประโยชน์เพื่ออธิบายความแตกต่างของความเข้าใจหรือการรับรู้ปรากฏการณ์ใดปรากฏการณ์หนึ่ง (phenomena) และสะท้อนประสบการณ์ชีวิตของบุคคล วิธีการวิจัยปรากฏการณ์ภาพถูกนำมาใช้อย่างแพร่หลายในต่างประเทศเพื่ออธิบายการรับรู้ และค้นหาประสบการณ์ของบุคคลต่อปรากฏการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในการวิจัยทางการศึกษา การวิจัยทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ และการวิจัยทางการสาธารณสุข อย่างไรก็ตามการทบทวนวรรณกรรม พบว่าการนำการวิจัยปรากฏการณ์ภาพมาใช้ในการวิจัยในประเทศไทยโดยเฉพาะการวิจัยด้านการดูแลสุขภาพและการพยาบาลมีน้อยมาก บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายวิธีการวิจัยปรากฏการณ์ภาพ และการนำวิธีการวิจัยปรากฏการณ์ภาพมาใช้ในการวิจัยด้านการดูแลสุขภาพ และการวิจัยทางการพยาบาล เพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับมุมมองของผู้รับบริการ ผู้ดูแล หรือ บุคลากรสุขภาพที่มีเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์การเจ็บป่วย การดูแลสุขภาพ และการพยาบาล ที่สามารถนำใช้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการพยาบาลและการดูแลสุขภาพได้
