ประสบการณ์ของมารดาวัยรุ่นที่ปฏิเสธการฝังยาคุมกำเนิด

มารดาวัยรุ่นเป็นกลุ่มที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงต่อการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำ แม้ว่าการใช้ยาฝังคุมกำเนิดจะเป็นวิธีที่มีประสิทธิภาพ แต่ยังพบการปฏิเสธการใช้วิธีดังกล่าวในกลุ่มนี้ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ของมารดาวัยรุ่นที่ปฏิเสธการฝังยาคุมกำเนิด โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือ มารดาวัยรุ่นอายุ 15-19 ปี จำนวน 12 ราย ที่ได้มาด้วยการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามแนวทางโคไลซ์ซีด้วยการสกัดรหัสและประเด็นสำคัญเพื่อสร้างโครงสร้างของปรากฏการณ์ และนำผลการวิเคราะห์ไปให้ผู้ให้ข้อมูลตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสบการณ์ของมารดาวัยรุ่นในการปฏิเสธการฝังยาคุมกำเนิด ประกอบด้วย 6 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ความเชื่อของครอบครัว (2) ข้อจำกัดของครอบครัว (3) ความกังวลเกี่ยวกับการถูกมองในแง่ลบ (4) ความรู้สึกถูกตัดสินจากสังคม (5) ประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีในอดีตเกี่ยวกับการฝังยาคุม และ (6) การตัดสินใจบนพื้นฐานของความพร้อมในชีวิต ข้อค้นพบดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงปัจจัยเชิงสังคม วัฒนธรรม และส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจของมารดาวัยรุ่น อันควรได้รับการพิจารณาอย่างรอบด้านในการพัฒนาระบบบริการด้านอนามัยการเจริญพันธุ์ โดยเฉพาะในระดับปฐมภูมิและชุมชน เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่แท้จริงและส่งเสริมทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของแต่ละบุคคล
