บทนำ : ผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหาเปลือกตาตกเป็นภาวะที่พบได้บ่อย ซึ่งปัญหาเปลือกตาตกอาจจะเกิดตั้งแต่กำเนิดหรือเกิดขึ้นภายหลัง การแก้ไขภาวะเปลือกตาตกสามารถช่วยให้การมองเห็นของผู้ป่วยดีขึ้น
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของการรักษา Repair of Blepharoptosis by frontalis muscle techniques with suture, Repair of Blepharoptosis by resection or advancement of levator muscle aponeurosis techniques
รูปแบบและวิธีวิจัย : การศึกษาเชิงพรรณาแบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลย้อนหลัง ในผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหาเปลือกตาตกจำนวน 107 ราย ในปี พ.ศ. 2561-2563 โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเวชระเบียน
ผลการศึกษา : ประสิทธิผลของการผ่าตัดทั้งสองวิธีไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยต้นทุนของทั้ง 2วิธีเท่ากัน และจากค่า cost per effectiveness และค่า Incremental cost-effectiveness ratio แสดงให้เห็นว่า Repair of Blepharoptosis by frontalis muscle techniques with suture เป็นวิธีที่มีค่าต้นทุนต่อประสิทธิผลที่ดีกว่า
สรุปผล : วิธี Repair of Blepharoptosis by frontalis muscle techniques with suture ควรเป็นวิธีการผ่าตัดสำหรับเปลือกตาตกที่ควรเลือกเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับวิธี Repair of Blepharoptosis by resection or advancement of levator muscle aponeurosis techniques ในมุมมองของโรงพยาบาล
