How to produce nursing to meet the needs of graduate user in the 21st century: Challenges of Thai nursing instructors
Abstract
Transcendence the world of industry revolution into the digital world gets rapid changes in every dimension. The needs of the labor market have changed. Computers can do instead of humans or work better than humans. The labor market requires people with high skills and competencies and high level has more specialized ability. Current learning management for graduates that meet the needs of the labor market and have high competitiveness is a great challenge. The nursing profession is another profession that entrepreneurs want graduates who are ready to use and have skills in the 21st century. Therefore, learning management needs to be reorganized in many ways for graduates that are ready to use who graduate 4.0 "good, smart and happy people" People with high potential and life skills for occupation with critical thinking know the solution, creative Innovation thinking, Including knowing communication and having skills in working together which is a learning skill in the 21st century
