Case report : Large intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

Cholangiocarcinoma เป็นมะเร็งทางเดินน้ำดีซึ่งเกิดเริ่มต้นจากเยื่อบุของท่อน้ำดี สำหรับชนิดมะเร็งท่อน้ำดีที่พบในเนื้อตับ มักมีผลการรักษาที่ไม่ค่อยดีนัก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งลักษณะ morphology ที่เป็น mass-forming subtype ซึ่งขนาดของก้อนมะเร็งนั้นมีการรายงานว่ามีผลต่อผลการรักษา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการผ่าตัดที่ยากขึ้น การกระจายไปยังต่อมน้ำเหลือง แต่ถึงอย่างไรการรักษาด้วยการผ่าตัดก็ยังถือว่าเป็นการรักษาที่ได้ผลดีมากที่สุด ในรายงานฉบับนี้ได้แสดงถึงเคสมะเร็งท่อน้ำดีในเนื้อตับขนาดใหญ่ ที่สามารถผ่าตัดได้แต่ต้องมีการประเมินที่ดีและอยู่ในการดูแลของแพทย์ที่มีความชำนาญ
