This action research is aims to Development of Community Participation for Promotion of The Toddler A Case study: In Nikhomkhamsoi Mukdahan Province By conducting research in the area NikhomkhamSoi Between April and December 2020, the sample consisted of 50 people involved in surveillance and promotion. Analyze data with frequency distribution statistics Percentage, average, standard deviation, content analysis, and test statistics in t-test. The results of the research were as follows : The context and environment of the community Hospital Staff, Nikhom Kham Soi Together with the operating committee Educated Story raising children And the operating committee contributes to the care of children There is an operating committee to advise on the promotion of child development. Most of them are supplementary feeding advice. In new born babies, it is recommended that only breastfeeding be taken up to 6 months.. However, they were unable to do all this and found that parents were not aware of and did not value the use of the Maternal and Child Health Handbook and the Early Childhood Development Surveillance Manual as they should. And believe that their children have a suitable development The development process by applying Gibson's Empowerment Theory (1995) consists of four phases : discovering real-world conditions, reflecting, thinking, and planning solutions. Decisions on how and how to solve problems and maintain effective and fruitive actions in the development process were found after the development process. Participants had a statistically significant increase in P-Value knowledge about promoting Toddler's development and developmental skills.
