EFFECT OF DEVELOPMENT ON THE DISTRICT QUALITY OF LIFE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE KALASIN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research was Action Research aimed to study the effect of development on the district quality of life development committee Kalasin province. Sample size were 159 district quality of life development committee and 1,049 sub district quality of life development committee. Data were collected by questionnaire such as intensity, participation, practice and suitability to implementation of guidelines district quality of life development committee and practice and suitability to implementation of guidelines sub district quality of life development committee. Data were analyzed by percentage mean F-test and content analysis.

                Result: level of intensity, participation, practice and suitability to implementation of guidelines district quality of life development committee were much level. When compare intensity, participation, practice and suitability to implementation of guidelines district quality of life development committee between districts finding had differences were statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Level of participation and suitability to implementation of guidelines sub - district quality of life development committee were much level. When compare participation and suitability to implementation of guidelines district quality of life development committee between districts finding had differences were statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Strategic proposal for district health system development in Kalasin Province should perform to the 20-year national strategic plan (Public Health) comprising 4 excellence strategic issues, adding the 5th aspect: Community excellence, driven by the district quality of life development committee. The goal was to make the community self-reliant on health.
